By having to pick some currency in which to charge taxes, and by having to pick to pick some language in which to record information, the government cannot not choose a currency and a language for the territory whereas it rules.
An organic blog (or the why of this collection of ideas)
In this blog, I attempt to show the state of the arts in my mind about every issue dealt with in the different posts.
So, as I change my mind, faithfully at least partially due to comments by readers, I will make the change in the respective post.
